Neuromuscular Massage Therapy
Neuromuscular therapy is a system of massage techniques that re-create neuromuscular health including trigger point therapy, myofascial release, PNF stretching, deep transverse friction, somatics, corrective actions and some lymphatics. This trains the body into a new way of thinking. It uses a holistic approach towards healing, emphasizing and stimulating the body's natural ability to heal itself. In NMT, one of our key areas of focus is Myofascial Trigger Points. TrPs are microscopic spasms that form at the neuromuscular junction, where the nervous system communicates with a muscle. This massage style is supportive for you if there is anything that you believe in your daily life has been difficult for you to do to encourage your body back into healthy function.

A custom massage may include Neuromuscular Therapy, Deep Tissue, Swedish, Myofascial Therapies, Shiatsu, and Energy Work. This massage will be unique and tailored to you.
